- the snow or rain visual effect should be removed inside tunnels/under roofs
- the slipage factor due to snow or rain should be zeroed inside tunnels/under roofs

I've marked this report as "Wishlist". Good point about wheel slip inside tunnels.

We plan to add both these features at some point but not for the next version, v1.0.

hey, it looks like it has been taken into account in 1.1.1 (at least for the rain/snoqw visual part, for the slipage factor, i dont know)
