Following LSK Vexpress Android builds failed:
Due to this reason, build is ready for 13.08 boot testing.

Multiple issues cropping up:

1. android-build failing due to git fetch errors:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/linaro-android-infrastructure/+bug/1227975
2. Specific to VExpress, UEFI build is broken.

the latest LSK-Android-4.3 Build successfull, this will be the reference to the LSK-13.09 release.
