Bug Description
We recently switched back to pulling code from linaro's mirrors for all the git repositories and we are seeing these failures:

We need to regenerate seed, I'm on it.
Regarding patch, just applied as it is, it's unsafe and will just lead to obscure errors later. What we apparently need to do is to run repos sync -f few times in loop, followed by one w/o -f to ensure everything was fetched.
