Ciao Rocco, non riesco a riprodurre il problema.

Usando le seguenti revisioni

openobject-addons/7.0 revno 9473
openobject-italia/7.0 revno 223

Ho creato un nuovo database
Ho installato l10n_it_sale
Ho creato un delivery order e l'ho processato senza problemi
Ho creato un sale order per un prodotto stoccabile, l'ho confermato e l'ho consegnato senza problemi.

Non partire dall'ordine di vendita ma crealo direttamente dall'azione di menu principale.
