Bug Description
So debug-log has a few other issues filed...
bug 1190953 which means its not useful for environments with any size or concurrency, or activity because you filter the noise.
compounded by
bug 1190950 which means you can't see anything really once its scrolled back..
and add it to the internal api implementation traffic that pollutes the logs with pingers and internal agent api communication means every few seconds.. its basically not useable for understanding the applications and charms deployed with juju. anyone who wants to do that is forced to log into the unit and look at the individual log files on disk.
