Bug Description
the current upstart job for mtp-server-bootup does not unset the mtp property for the gadget device, this results in gvfs on the desktop to try to reconnect to the mtp server over and over during shutdown. the property needs to be unset when the server goes away.
additionally the setprop command uses hardcoded values for the property settings (if rndis instead of adb would be enabled this would break heavily) the attached upstart job has been tested and fixes both of these issues.
