[Dash] Previews do not match visual designs

dash previews do not match visual designs targeted for 13.10 (across music, videos, apps scopes)

key discrepancies :

1. Header was removed. Exit point is now only through the scope context area at bottom.
2. button should be positioned below Icon and title not above
3. Text description section should appear below button
4. bottom crop line should be positioned at the edge of the scope context area, not above it.
