Do you use any third party repositories? Automatix? Could you please attach the file /etc/apt/sources.list and all files from the folder /etc/apt/sources.list.d?

Hi Mattias, thanks for providing debugging output. Could you please answer Sebastian's question about third party repositories? Is the problem reproduceable on an up-to-date Gutsy?
