unwanted clip-path + paragraphs upside down when importing a pdf

Bug Description

open test.pdf
The dialog (import.png) that pops up shows a preview of the pdf that is about to be imported.
Notice there are about ten lines in the preview (the text is very small but this is not the point)
In inkscape there are only 3 lines visible (result_
The rest of the text is here but it is hidden because of a clip path (unwanted-
When this clip-path is removed the lines become visible but the text is written upside/down (last lines are written before the first ones)

PS : there are bugs to follow : when removing the clip-path all the kernings of text is lost => declared as bug https:/

My comment (quoted from irc) in that earlier report about the regression affecting PDF import was based on exactly the same PDF file (from inkscapeforum.com).
