win32: my csv file exported crash when import again

Bug Description
- HomeBank version: 4.5.2
- Operating System: Windows XP SP3
- steps to reproduce the problem
1.- Open Import Wizard trough File>Import
2.- Click "Forward" Button.
3.- From drop-down list select "ALL FILES" Option.
4.- Select the CSV file that was exported using Homebank on the same file but has no extension assigned.
Example: "Perfiles98Elem" instead of "Perfiles98Elem
5.-When file selected Homebank GREEN indicator shows "Recognized as CSV", click "FORWARD"
6.-At step 3 of 5, click "CANCEL" button.
7.- The software crashes.

After testing with your attached CSV , it works on ubuntu 13.04 with compiled Homebank 4.5.2.
