Single bucket for Nicira + VMware

VMware acquired Nicira in Aug of 2012, but the stackanalytics mappings in https://github.com/Mirantis/stackalytics/blob/master/etc/default_data.json still treat the two organizations as separate.

As the lead of a single team that contains people currently placed in two different buckets, it is important to realize that the use of a nicira.com vs. vmware.com email address is a person choice similar to using a gmail.com address and is not representative of an internal split of teams.

Note: this is probably obvious from the context, but the name to be used should be VMware.

I will add domain 'nicira.com' to the list of VMware domains and fix affiliation of engeneers.
Currently there's no way to set that date when one company was acquired by the other, so all old Nicira commits will be shown as belonging to VMware.
