Bug Description
The following error is reported during the saucy server print server installations with 20130814 images, both amd64 and i386. These images have cups filters of the version cups-filters_

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install utah using
sudo apt-add-repository -y ppa:utah/stable
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install utah
2. Now run
udo -u utah -i run_utah_tests.py -i /pth/to/
The impacted jobs are:

As talked about on #ubuntu-desktop today, this is a problem of the system which generates the images. Updating existing systems works OK.
