Bug Description
It's been a few years since the MARC editor tooltips were updated. MARC21 update #16 came out in April 2013, so it's time to bring the tooltips up to date.

When the update is made, the following issue found by Pasi Kallinen should also be fixed:
The en-US tooltip for field 050 in the marc editor is missing some text:
Classification or call number that is taken from or . The brackets that ...
Most likely missing "Library of Congress Classification or LC Classification Additions and Changes" from the first sentence.
I suspect an xslt stylesheet that stripped off links - if so, similar errors are probably around there more.
