Error page if user is independent but has affiliated commits

User's affiliation is calculated based on email, the resulting company may be not present in list of companies in user profile. In such case engineer details screen falls with error "2013-08-08 12:08:46.622 20620 ERROR web [-] 'dict object' has no attribute u'*independent'"

    Fixed processing of independent users

    * Affiliation breakdown is built upon records not user profile
    * Improved error logging in web
    * Removed independent users with single email from default data
