Filetransfers broken / stalling in 0.16.78-1

Hi,

with the current 0.16.78-1 in raring filetransfers are broken.

Each send/received file is in a "stalling" state and is not transfered. It seems this is already reported "upstream":

and i can confirm that this is fixed when using the version "0.16.168-316-0ubuntu1" from:

Just tested psi-plus 0.16.132-1 from saucy and can also confirm this version has fixed this issue.
