[HDP] Allow Ambari users to be specified in configuration

Currently, Ambari is provisioned with the default user and password admin/admin.
It must be possible for a Savanna user to configure Ambari users.

If using an advanced configuration(Ambari template), a user can specify new users, as well as modify the default admin user/password.

If using standard Savanna template configuration, the user should be able to specify the admin user/password.
