Bug Description
The Ubuntu packaging of xmakemol has not built the GL-enabled version of xmakemol for some time now.
It seems this dates back to when GLw was removed from mesa in Ubuntu main.
GLw has been provided by mesa-glw since Lucid, and in Saucy, GLw is now provided by glw from Debian.
The GL-enabled version can be built by simply changing the build dependency on libgl1-
libgl1-mesa-dev | libgl-dev.

* Merge from debian/unstable, remaining change: (LP: #1208172)
