Bug Description

There has been work to ensure the hostname is only injected just before boot, and removed once the agent is active and completed configuring everything.

The Windows PV tools pick up this hostname and ensure that a VM has the correct hostname. However, if the key is left in place, users will be unable to rename their servers.

xenapi: stop injecting the hostname during resize

The windows PV tools will set the hostname of a server to the value
given in the hostname xenstore key. If we inject that during resize, the
users will be unable to change their server hostname, and in addition it
will be reset to the original name.
