Unmounted library's external drive at startup

Mixxx asks to enter my library location when the external drive where it actually is, is unmounted when Mixxx starts.
Shall Mixxx try to mount it? Is it intended to behave like does now?

I am not sure if this falls into the Mixxx domain.
Do you know any other program that mounts except from filemanager?

Not really. That's why I asked. I know it can be done tweaking your linux, but if Mixxx can automatically handle it would be nice.

I don't think this is anything mixxx should do. mounting is a job for
filemanagers and works out of box for most distributions nowadays.
