Autopilot should report a better error message when the application under test has crashed

Bug Description
Currently, if the application under test crashes during an autopilot test, autopilot prints a DBusException trace back, which makes it look like there's an issue in autopilot, when in fact the issue is that the applicaiton crashed. We need to catch these errors, and report the fact that the application crashed.
