Increase number of characters in collection tabs

The length of characters displayed in a collection's navigation tabs presently cuts of at 20 characters. This is often not sufficient to display longer, more discriptive titles of pages.

With the theme changes that Evonne has submitted, which now make it so that the tabs sort of "wrap around" if they're too long, I think we should just eliminate the length restrictions on titles in tabs entirely.
