new upstream version + license fix (debdiff included)

A new upstream version was released.

kde3-style-qtcurve and gtk2-engines-qtcurve are already at version 0.51 in Gutsy.

kde4-style-qtcurve should be updated too.

The new upstream version also contains a 'fix' to some wrong license text, i.e.
misleadingly some files included the license text of MIT instead of GPL-2.

Here is a debdiff from kde4-style-qtcurve_0.50-0ubuntu1 to kde4-style-qtcurve_0.51-0ubuntu1:
