Bug Description

Currently if you try and create a Mouse device on the phablet devices, you get an error about XLib being missing. This is technically accurate, but misses the point: The Mouse device is not available on the phablet devices. We need two things:

1) A more explicit exception that mentions that the Mouse device is not available on the phablet devices.
2) A log message pointing developers to the autopilot documentation.
