Bug Description
In the Ubuntu GNOME live session, there is a default "favorite" launcher for ubiquity in the left sidebar ("dash") of the Activities Overview (very similar to the launcher in Unity). Clicking it opens the Installer but it creates a separate launcher instead of using the existing launcher.
Screenshot attached.
