Bug Description
Desktop files that contain an Icon entry with an absolute path are no longer handled properly. When an application is started that uses an absolute icon path, the generic "?" icon is displayed in the launcher.
This happens in saucy, and is a regression over raring.
Steps to reproduce:
1- apt-get install pasaffe
2- start pasaffe
3- Notice icon in launcher is "?"
