fwts: log on a non-tty defaults to 100 chars wide, set it back to 80

Bug Description
For historical reasons that escape my mind, the output from fwts when using the stdout "-" option is defaulted to 100 chars wide. Since I spend a lot of time piping this into tools like less I'd like the default to be a standard 80 char wide terminal setting.
