Add the user_id into the volume information returned for getting the volume

Bug Description

Instances and images GET API will return the attribute user_id within the response, but volumes GET API does not return user_id.
A client of mine asked me if we can add this user_id into the volume information when we do a GET request, because they need to get the user immediately and decide further operations. I think user_id can bring more convenience.
