Bug Description
At the moment bijiben in ubuntu depends on libtracker-
Bijiben crashes when it cannot find Tracker D-Bus instance running and not able to to start it via d-bus activation because the daemon itself is missing. The upstream bug is logged here and is acknowledged to happen on ubuntu
