[regression] scrolling in the dash is jerky

1. switch to apps scope
2. do a quick swipe from bottom to top so that we go to the end of the apps scope
3. observer the jerkiness during the scroll.

Yeah, this is because we're now unloading off-screen categories to save resources.

Fixing https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-32338 should help as it will reduce the amount of images loaded at once. We also have a suspicion that UbuntuShape could be improved to not cause that behaviour, but that needs confirming.

When people try my phone, they think Ubuntu Touch is slow due to this bug.

This is actually limited to the apps scope, because the "Running apps" category animates when being re-created. It needs to be created full-size, only animate if it's created on-screen already.

I can still note the issue without any apps running. You just have to drag
from bottom to top quickly and note at one point the scroll jerks
