Uncaught Error: QWeb2 - template['PosTicket']:

I have created a new DB and post that I try to install POS App. Once it's done, I start a new POS session to create the order. As I click on the product it pops this error

Uncaught Error: QWeb2 - template['PosTicket']: Runtime Error: TypeError: undefined is not a function

Please suggest a solution around this.

Checked your issue with fresh db on Fire fox 21.0 and also with Chrome 27.0.1453.93.

I made a video for you and attached with this bug report. So would you please check it and let me know If I missed something or didn't get you properly.

Hi ,
I am facing exactly the same issue. My chrome browser version is the latest one - Version 28.0.1500.72 m
Also I uninstalled POS module and then again installed it but that did not help.

The error message is the same as posted in the screen shot by Ajay.
Can we request some help here pls.
Does the product or POS need to be configured in any particular way ??

Again, I checked this issue with latest trunk and 7 on FireFox 22 and Google chrome 28.0.1500.71, But Still I am not facing this error. So, would you please send me your issue video? And correct me if i did any wrong steps while performing this issue.

Again, I checked this issue with latest trunk and with 7.0, and I also tried with Windows 7 on latest exe with chrome browser version 28.0.1500.72 m. But its seems working fine at all. I think you have misconfigured some thing. So, please check your configuration of pos.

Hello there,

Please let us know what needs to be checked in our POS Configuration. There is nothing in the Configuration as such, it's just we have to install the addon and it should work, If we have do something else post installation so please update us instead of just closing the bug.

I would also suggest to be more active on the issues. You are coming on the same issue after 9 days and that too without any solution or simply mention that YOU GUYS DONT WANT TO HELP.

Hope somebody will look into this, if you can't help.

3) Do you faced this problem on all database? Yes.
4) Which date's OpenERP code you are using? I'm using All in one code of
Windows (openerp-allinone-setup-7.0-latest.exe)

Kindly , make sure your customization for pos and also you were using openerp-7.0-20130314-002547 which is quite old. So, please try this again with fresh db on latest version , because still we are not facing this issue. So, we can not consider this issue as a bug.

So, currently , I am closing this issue, but if you still have the issue then , reopen it with more evidence and also with proper information.
