Bug Description

'./redstack: line 501: redis: No such file or directory'

When the directory exists (cuz the scripts failed some other time) but the image itself is not present, the image build is skipped and nothingness is attempted to be uploaded to glance. Well this just doesnt work. We need to check the directory and the contents of the directory in the redstack script.
