Grid: Semi-maximized windows override Grid's disabled "Snap Windows Back To Original Size" resize action and will always snap back to original size

Bug Description
[How to reproduce]
1. Disable Grid->Resize Actions->"Snap Windows Back To Original Size"
2. Semi-maximize a window
3. Drag the window away from it's semi-maximized position
Make sure it does not change it's size. Unfortunately it does.
