Grid: grid-semi-maximized windows do not respect a disabled "Snap Windows Back To Original Size" setting, they still snap back to original size

Bug Description

[How to reproduce]

1. CCSM: Disable Grid->Resize Actions->"Snap Windows Back To Original Size"
2. Semi-maximize a window with Grid shortcut or by dragging it and triggering Grid
3. Drag the window away from it's semi-maximized position

Make sure it does not change it's size. Unfortunately it does.

Note:
The problem is AFAIK that Move takes care of restoring semi-maximized windows.
