Bug Description
I had a new MSI laptop installed ubuntu 13.04(kernel 3.8 and 3.9).
It hot-key "Fn+F10"(turn on/off) does not work. I debug i8042, and no scancode presented.
However, I change kernel to 3.2( or 3.5) it's hot-key works and i can get scancode (e076, e062).
