Bug Description
My USB mouse doesn't want to work after having suspended to disk, even if I
unplug it and/or restart X. I have this in dmesg:
usb 2-1: new low speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 8
usb 2-1: khubd timed out on ep0in
usb 2-1: khubd timed out on ep0out
usb 2-1: khubd timed out on ep0out
usb 2-1: device not accepting address 8, error -110
usb 2-1: new low speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 9
usb 2-1: khubd timed out on ep0in
usb 2-1: khubd timed out on ep0out
