[SRU] Ceph 0.56.6 point release update

0.56.6 was released a few weeks ago

Raring should be upgraded under the provisional MRE for ceph.

Changelog:

  * New upstream LTS point release (LP: #1194166):
    - d/rules,ceph.install: Install new udev rules for handling OSD
      devices; replaces ceph-hotplug upstart configuration.
    - d/control: Add cryptsetup-bin to Recommends for ceph for block
      device encryption support.
    - d/ceph.install: Install new ceph-disk tool (consolidates
      ceph-disk-prepare and ceph-disk-activiate). Wrappers retained
      for backwards compatibility.
    - d/ceph.dirs: Add missing Ceph MDS bootstrap dir.
    - d/p/*: Refreshed patches.

I've done some pre-upload testing of this update using ppa:ceph-ubuntu/edgers PPA as I was a little uncomfortable with the scope of some of this update.

The ceph charms exercise the majority of the key parts of this update including the change in ceph disk and the move to using udev rules to trigger OSD activation.

All tested OK.

Accepted ceph into raring-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ceph/0.56.6-0ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
