hi as a user i observed that the screen started to be flimsy, when shutting down the desktopthe problem i saw in a long list of lines the words bug and linux, so i send a bug report. the computer shutting down automatism is intermittend and interupted and ha to be finished often manually.

arnim kracht, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better. As per http://www.gigabyte.us/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4147#bios an update is available for your BIOS (F9). If you update to this, does it change anything?

If not, could you please both specify what happened, and provide the output of the following terminal command:
sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date
