Refine folder names

I think we can make the strings for the folder names even a little simpler.

Why not just "Backgrounds" "Pictures" and "Custom..."

What about "Elementary", "Pictures" and "Custom". I think it would be better, because regular people don't copy pictures to /usr/share/background, therefore it would be much better, if the default location would be called "Elementary", because the pictures in that folder wouldn't change and they would be the original pictures provided by elementary.

"elementary" is never capitalized. What about "Default" or "Default Backgrounds" ?

If you drag and drop a wallpaper into the plug it adds it to your local backgrounds folder (~/.local/share/backgrounds). And these are all displayed in the plug as well. We should probably also move any backgrounds here that are set via contractor (but I don't think we do that currently).

So this folder is neither solely default backgrounds nor elementary provided backgrounds. This is the location where backgrounds are stored.
