Bug Description
To reproduce the bug:
1. File--> Print
2. Select Multiple pages to print
3. Tick the "Collate" checkbox
the pages do not come in the order 1,2,3 and 1,2,3...they are printed 1,1,2,2 and 3,3
however if the Collate checkbox is not ticked, the pages come in the order 1,2,3 and 1,2,3...
this problem applies only for pdf documents opened with kpdf and evince

I can confirm that this bug exists in my AMD64 Kubuntu 7.10 installation. It occurs in both kpdf and acroread (v8.1.1), when I try to print a variety of pdf documents on two different printers. Collation appears to work fine when printing odt or html files. I'm attaching an example of the problem. (BTW, the attached pdf is in landscape format, and kpdf and acroread also refuse to print pdfs in landscape format. This additional bug is already reported (Bug#47649).)
