It is't even listed in dpkg -L totem-gstreamer... Maybe someone forgot to compile it too!

Reopening, as I have 2.19.4-0ubuntu3 and it doesn't work.

However totem-gstreamer seems to be fine:

Emilio, this bug is about the plugin not being built which is fixed, you can open a new bug about your issue if you want though
