Bug Description

There are some tests that are not being run in the reddwarf gating job as part of the live-mode integration tests.

The tests are from the quota, security group and backup features. We need to have these tests run as part of the integration gating tests

    Adding delete restore instance tests

    - The backup test is leaving an instance around
    - This test will make sure to delete it
