[trunk/7.0] Group by 'date' actually operate a group by month

In several view, you can group by date.

However, what you see is infact a group by month whereas you would expect a group by date

We need a real group by date here (and probably also a group by month well named)

Think you should have both possibilites because there are users already
used to this way of working, if you change this, they will not be happy
with this change.

Hello,

Currently in search view some date(e.g: date field on "Logged Calls" list) field displays the label of group by as month not by date because the format of this group by label is displayed in generalized format, because different language has different date format so group by cannot display date format like set on language, So as a generalized solution we have added the month and year on a groupby label not a full date while returning data from read_group function.

So for stable version it should be consider as wishlist.
