API Programming guide not copying files correctly via ftp

Bug Description

According to the Jenkins console output at https://jenkins.openstack.org/job/openstack-api-programming/90/console, the files for the openstack-api-programming guide are not copying.

Jenkins is configured to copy 'openstack-api-programming/target/docbkx/webhelp/api/openstack-compute/programmer/**' with the FTP plugin. Looking in the build workspace the path to content appears to be 'openstack-api-programming/target/docbkx/webhelp/openstack-api-programming/admin/**'. This Jenkins job will need to be updated to fix the path.

    Fix openstack-api-programming Jenkins job.

    Fixes bug 1185966

    The FTP source path was wrong in the openstack-api-programming job. It
    was trying to copy from a source path that does not exist. Use the
    correct path.
