Bug Description

The certificates in tests/signing/ have all expired as of this week. Tests no longer pass. For Ubuntu, this prevents us from building and releasing any updates from stable/folsom.

adam@amebix:~/src/git/keystone/tests/signing$ for i in `ls *.pem` ; do openssl x509 -in signing_cert.pem -noout -enddate ; done
