Bug Description
On every kernel release since the 3.5.0-27 update, my system will no longer create /dev/lp0 and therefore my printer will not work. Any suggestions?
I'm currently running 12.10, I just installed the 3.5.0-30 kernel update, but have to go back to *-27 instead. Any more info you require, please let me know.
My apologies if not filed on the appropriate package, Launchpad defaulted to the cups package, if needed, let me know and I will re-file.

Just installed the 3.5.0-31 kernel. Same issue. Had to roll back to 3.5.0-27 again.
