common-non-dfsg package missing in PPA

Ubuntu has an emacs24-common-non-dfsg package, but the PPA doesn't, which is a pity, as it means that for Emacs 24.3 we don't get up-to-date documentation. Would it be possible to provide this package (presumably straightforward to do by reusing the existing Ubuntu packaging)?

I've just uploaded new versions of emacs24-non-dfsg for emacs 24.3 (you still have to wait a few hours for the PPA build to start and finish). Which documentation were you missing exactly?

I was mainly missing the info manual.
