Bug Description

HARDWARE=maguro
JENKINS_BUILD=119

Steps to reproduce:
- Open application X
- Go back to shell (leave application X open)
- Open application Y
- Close application Y

Expected result:
- After closing, the shell is focused/viewed.

Actual result:
- Application X is focused/viewed.

This is not the right fix, I'm afraid. This made it so apps launched from the command line don't come to the front. The result is that autopilot tests fail on the device ('cause the app is stopped as soon as it's launched). And also apps run from the SDK won't come to front.

I'm reverting the relevant change in the shell. The correct fix is in app manager that should make sure that focus should only change on session being born, not on stack changes.
