Bug Description

qml-phone-shell 1.75
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Facebook web app
- Open Twitter web app
- Go back to the dash
- Hold your finger at a running app to display the X (close) icon
- Close the first application
Expected result:
- First application is closed and UI is still in the dash
Actual result:
- First application is closed but then it opens (focus) the second application, leaving the dash
This issue only happens when closing the first app.
