Anthy (Japanese symbols) don't work in Unity

Bug Description
Whenever I enable Anthy input method (switching roman symbols to kana - a <->あ) OpenTeacher disable it, so I can't use them.
System information (in case you asked):
OS: Ubuntu 13.04
X: Unity
Version of OT: 3.0

I tried installing Anthy and I think I got it working (but not sure, I'm from Europe and not used to input methods like this). Try running the following command:
sudo apt-get install ibus-qt4
If you can confirm OpenTeacher works after you did that, we could ask our packager for Ubuntu to include it as a dependency so it's installed automatically, or at least add it as a frequently asked question at our website.
