OpenStack Networking Administration Guide - trunk: invalid conf filename

The text reads: " on network node(l3_agent running) ping to metadata_ip that specified by l3_agent.py"

This sounds a bit strange to me because it refers to a code module, not to a configuration file.
I made aninvestigation looking into the code and I found out that this module refers to some configuration flags but it never uses metadata_ip.

Looking at the quantum logs, I found that the only flag that looks similar to metadata_ip is nova_metadata_ip used by quantum-metadata-agent and set into metadata_agent.ini.

I'm using grizzly-stable installed with devstack grizzly-stable.

    fixes erroneous ref to l3_agent.py

    As noted in the bug report, previously this paragraph referred to a
    flag that didn't exist in a python file that didn't contain it.

    Flag name fixed, file name fixed.

    fixes bug 1174195
