Bug Description
Reference: http://
The text reads: " on network node(l3_agent running) ping to metadata_ip that specified by l3_agent.py"
This sounds a bit strange to me because it refers to a code module, not to a configuration file.
I made aninvestigation looking into the code and I found out that this module refers to some configuration flags but it never uses metadata_ip.
Looking at the quantum logs, I found that the only flag that looks similar to metadata_ip is nova_metadata_ip used by quantum-
I'm using grizzly-stable installed with devstack grizzly-stable.
